Is it really necessary to create an unnecessary hue and cry about the Highest Civilian Award the ‘Bharat Ratna’ as there are other important issues to be dealt with and should this Highest Award be only awarded to bigwigs? Are there no other deserving candidates who excel in various fields like literacy, scientific, sports & musical & dance programs on stage?
